On our estate the vines are principally cultivated on the ‘terres blanches’ (white earth) and the ‘caillottes’ (small pebbles).

  • The terres blanches are also known as the ‘grosses terres’ (heavy soils), and are made up of Limestone-clay which is found in the higher hills.
  • The caillottes are found on the lower parts of the slope. These soils are very stony and calcareous.
The white wines are made from the Sauvignon variety, and the reds and the rosés from Pinot Noir.
Our clients are welcomed in an ancient dovecote dating from the XVI century that has been restored and turned into a tasting room. In order to give you a proper welcome to our cellar, and to avoid any inconvenience, we suggest that you make appointments.
Our Domaine produces whites, reds, and rosés. Our work in the vines and our vinification ally tradition to modernity, to create a high quality range that has been both awarded in competitions and cited in wine guides.

Vintages proposed in the cellar:

  • Menetou-Salon Blanc "Clos de la Cure"
  • Menetou-Salon Rouge "Le Parrassy"
